Located in Kings Park is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data entry/invoicing officer available to take on a temp assignment.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Office Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Data entry of information into Xero
  • Data entry of bills
  • Creation of invoices
  • Answering incoming calls from customers regarding queries
  • Assisting with general admin as needed
  • Supporting the team with any adhoc tasks as required

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong data entry and accounts admin experience – you know how to enter bills, create invoices and assist with general admin duties. There is a backlog of work to get through with minimal training provided.
  • An excellent work ethic – you are the kind of person that enjoys working and is committed to showing up each day. This role is Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm office based with street parking available.
  • Strong communication skills – you enjoy talking to customers and working within a team
  • System experience – this role definitely requires experience using Xero. You’re also someone who can pick up any new technology quickly.
  • The kind of personality that enjoys working within a team who like to have a laugh and a bit of banter.

This is a great role for someone who is available immediately and happy to temp ongoing at this stage. You may have just finished up in a similar role or you’re due to finish your current role this week. In any case we would love to hear from you.
