Located near Lidcombe is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR/Recruitment Admin to join a great HR team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the HR Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Screening candidates for various vacancies
  • Administration of candidate applications and paperwork
  • Consulting and partnering with various internal stakeholders
  • Managing application tracking system
  • Coordinating pre-employment medical paperwork and bookings
  • Assisting with any additional ad-hoc duties as requested

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid experience within a similar role where you are comfortable with all elements of the recruitment process, but also really like the admin side of things. It’s not a senior role and is ideally suited to candidates with a good base knowledge of HR/ Recruitment without wanting to be too senior
  • The type of personality that is results driven and can work to deadlines – you’re also happy to be on the phones making plenty of calls to screen candidates and determine whether they will be suitable for your shortlists
  • Attention to detail and accuracy – this is really important
  • Recent HR or related qualifications – you’re looking to take the next step
  • The availability to commence as soon as possible for at least 3 months with potential for a perm offer for the right candidate
