THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Implement and follow preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist the Maintenance and Engineering Manager and Supervisor on new projects for products, plant, and related equipment
• Ensure execution of maintenance plan and be able to adjust when required based on Production requirements
• Prompt repair of breakdowns
• Timely troubleshooting and correction of roll formers and product faults, working in conjunction with the production department and site management team

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years experience within a similar maintenance role – you have strong welding & fabrication experience and enjoy this type of work
• Relevant TAFE qualifications
• Previous maintenance experience within any fast-paced processing industry (roll forming experience would be great but not essential)
• The kind of personality that is proactive, can work to deadlines and enjoys being part of a team
• Available to work the afternoon shifts – Monday – Thursday 1.30pm – 9.30pm and Friday 1.30pm – 7.30pm
