Located in the Norwest Business Park is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist looking to join a great team.


Reporting to one of the Partners your key responsibilities will include all aspects of payroll including:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll function for a portfolio of clients
  • End of month and annual reporting
  • Oversee the processing of Workers’ Compensation payments
  • Calculation and payment of superannuation, group tax and payroll tax plus annual returns
  • Calculation of long service, annual and sick leave
  • Assist with sales commission calculations and loading into payroll
  • Preparation / management of termination calculations and payments plus new starters
  • Communicate with external tax regulatory bodies
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of organisation’s payroll


To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience within a similar role – you have experience working within an accounting firm managing a portfolio of clients and have an in-depth understanding of the payroll function and processes
  • Exceptional communication skills – you are articulate and approachable and enjoy being the contact person for your clients
  • The kinds of personality that really enjoys working in a team environment yet you’re also someone who works independently
  • The desire to take on a part time role, close to home – This role is ideally 2-3 days a week based in the office
