Located in the Seven Hills is an excellent opportunity to join a great team as their Service Coordinator / Scheduler.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Service Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Scheduling maintenance and repair work for service technicians
- Managing a high volume inbox with queries from customers
- Working to a monthly maintenance schedule, contacting customers to book in scheduled and preventative maintenance
- Scheduling urgent repair jobs, re-routing service engineers according to priority
- Ensuring all customer information is correctly uploaded into the system with any relevant job notes recorded accurately
- Liaising with customers to keep them updated on ETA’s for repairs and maintenance
- Any other associated duties as requested
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within a similar role where you have worked with field or service technicians and managing their daily schedules
- Excellent communication skills – you really enjoy chatting to customers and have the ability to extract information in order to best determine the service/repair they need
- Strong admin skills – you have great attention to detail and accuracy and ensure all relevant information is updated correctly
- The ability to work within the office located at Seven Hills. Remote or WFH options are not available for this role
- A current covid vaccination certificate
