Located in Bondi Junction is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Consultant to take on a contract for approx. 2 months.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with high volume recruitment
- Screening candidates to determine suitability
- Coordinating probity checks
- Liaising with internal Managers from various states with regard to candidate feedback
- Ensuring candidates are provided with appropriate feedback
- Liaising with the team for any other associated duties
To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience within a similar role where you are used to working in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You’re proactive and reactive and understand how quickly you need to move in this market
- Excellent communication skills – you will be screening candidates over the phone and on occasions via zoom so it’s essential you have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong admin and organisational skills – it is also essential that your post screening paperwork and admin is consistently up to date
This is a great opportunity to for candidate’s availability immediately, located close to Bondi Junction (some work from home options are available however you will need to go to Bondi Junction for the most part – at least until settled).
