Located in Seven Hills is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Events Coordinator to work within a fantastic team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Comms, some your key duties will include:

  • Acting as a resource for the marketing & comms team including digital, B2B, sponsorship & creative – providing support where needed
  • Identifying content and management of social media updates for the digital team
  • Compiling & managing community images and photo library
  • Assisting with photoshoots
  • Assisting with B2B content writing – website copy, flyers
  • Assisting the branches with material requests
  • Social media engagement & EDM content sourcing and uploading
  • Updating website content on a monthly basis
  • Assisting with collateral design and distribution
  • Coordination of corporate hospitality – organising schedules, tickets etc
  • Working closely with the events manager on internal, community & major events
  • Coordinating merchandise – ordering and distribution
  • Assist with campaign reporting as required
  • Liaising with external agencies when needed
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as requested

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role where you have been the go-to / marketing support person. You really enjoy a mixed bag of duties and love working within the marketing space.
  • The kind of personality that is proactive and self-motivated – you’re a natural organiser and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. Experience within a similar role where you have worked within a branch network as a support person would be great.
  • Solid writing skills – you will be assisting with creating case studies and editorial content
  • Excellent communication skills – you will be working with Head Office and the branches to distribute merchandise, collating social media and website updates etc. You’re someone who finds it easy to build relationships and you genuinely enjoy dealing with people.
  • Experience with events (or a keen interest) – You love helping coordinate events and consider yourself to be organised and efficient.
  • The availability to commence asap. This is an ongoing assignment that will hopefully lead to a permanent role. 3 days in the office is essential which can be either Mon,Tues,Wed or Tues,Wed,Thurs.
