THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Centre Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Assisting the Centre Manager with day to day running of the centre
  • Working with tenants & landlords to ensure stores are operating according to lease terms and conditions
  • Working with tenants to assist with arrears
  • Lease renewals and negotiations
  • Overseeing contractors for maintenance and repairs within the centre
  • Monthly reporting – sales figures, arrears, reconciliations etc
  • Maintaining knowledge of retail market and competitor trends

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within retail or commercial property would be ideal – you may have worked within other environments that deal with customers/tenants with a focus on lease or contract administration.
  • Excellent communication skills – you love working with a variety of people daily. You enjoy forming relationships and genuinely want to work together to achieve the best outcome for all.
  • Solid experience working with financial reports.
  • The desire to join an organisation who genuinely care for the growth and development of their staff.
