THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Centre Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Assisting the Centre Manager with day to day running of the centre
- Working with tenants & landlords to ensure stores are operating according to lease terms and conditions
- Working with tenants to assist with arrears
- Lease renewals and negotiations
- Overseeing contractors for maintenance and repairs within the centre
- Monthly reporting – sales figures, arrears, reconciliations etc
- Maintaining knowledge of retail market and competitor trends
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within retail or commercial property would be ideal – you may have worked within other environments that deal with customers/tenants with a focus on lease or contract administration.
- Excellent communication skills – you love working with a variety of people daily. You enjoy forming relationships and genuinely want to work together to achieve the best outcome for all.
- Solid experience working with financial reports.
- The desire to join an organisation who genuinely care for the growth and development of their staff.
