Excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join a great team. Ideal for candidates with metal framing or building product experience.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Product & Innovation Manager, some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Playing a key role in building strategy, driving growth & profitability across the business’s metal category leveraging manufacturing capacity, an optimised product mix and value-added customers solutions.
  • Building deep customer insight through market research, site visits and engagement with installers and sales teams.
  • Monitoring competitor activity, market trends, regulations and emerging technologies.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve product performance, cost efficiency and portfolio mix.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and global platform teams to deliver aligned product strategies.
  • Supporting new product development with local and global technical teams.
  • Driving installation training and best‑practice sharing across the business.

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar B2B Technical Product Manager role – ideally you are comfortable working with building or construction products (framing, plasterboard etc)
  • The kind of personality that genuinely enjoys working with distributors, architects and contractors to build relationships & influence outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute product strategy – you enjoy working within a high-performance culture.
  • Strong project management capability – you’re organised, structured and delivery‑focused.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
