Excellent opportunity to secure a temp to perm assignment. ASAP start. Ideal for candidates with all round office experience.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Admin Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Monitoring and actioning email inbox
  • Updating customer database information
  • Processing invoices and assisting with some bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinating office supplies for the team
  • Assisting with stock requests and processing
  • Communicating with suppliers for stock ordering
  • Adhoc duties as required

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role – you have experience working on a variety of tasks throughout the day and are happy to assist wherever needed.
  • Excellent communication skills – You enjoying dealing with internal and external stakeholders managing requests and responding efficiently.
  • Exposure to managing stock enquiries, levels and orders is ideal
  • The availability to commence ASAP to start as a temp with the potential for a permanent role down the track.
