Excellent opportunity for an experienced data entry/admin officer to join great team in their Norwest Office. ASAP start to help with backlog with view to perm shortly after.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the General Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • High volume data entry of invoices
  • Ensuring invoices are renamed and filed correctly in Dropbox
  • Managing company vehicle registration register
  • Assisting finance with any ad hoc requirements

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role where you have processed high volume invoices (MYOB experience would be great).
  • The kind of personality that loves getting in and ploughing through the work, you don’t mind repetitious duties and have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using Procore or Assignar software would be great but not essential. As long as you’re someone who can pick things up quickly that’s fine.
