Excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts/Office Administrator. Varied role ideal for candidates looking for stability & variety. Onsite parking.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Office Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily accounting duties including uploading creditors into MYOB
  • Processing invoices
  • Matching information to ensure quoted rates match invoices
  • Payroll processing (approx 18 staff)
  • Managing expense account reconciliations – ensuring expenses are allocated to correct jobs
  • Keeping job folders updated on OneDrive
  • Managing vehicle insurances and registrations – ensuring spreadsheet is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Managing machine service registry – filing service reports, maintaining accurate service register spreadsheet ensuring it’s up to date and accessible if a client requires it
  • Overseeing bank guarantees – ensuring funds are returned by bank and guarantee register spreadsheet is updated
  • Updating social media
  • Assisting with annual systems audit
  • Ordering uniforms when needed
  • Assisting with any other additional duties as requested

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar sounding role – you enjoy a mix of accounts and admin and are comfortable working with MYOB and spreadsheets. Experience within the construction, electrical or plumbing industries would be great
  • The kind of personality that is naturally proactive and enjoys building relationships with subbies and clients
  • Strong computer skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to work in the Bella Vista office (no WFH on offer) – parking is provided with metro close by.
