THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Overall responsibility for the management & development of the residential products segment.
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with residential builders & contractors.
- Working closely with internal teams to drive brand awareness & promotion.
- Developing & implementing strategic sales plans.
- Managing agreements & pricing.
- Ensuring all paperwork and administration compliance is accurately entered in Salesforce.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting as required.
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a similar sales/account management role working with construction products – ideally you have worked within residential construction products with strong existing relationships.
- The kind of personality that loves sales and relationship development. You have that great mix of sales & likeability and genuinely enjoy developing lasting relationships within your network. You’re a natural salesperson with drive and ambition.
- Strong computer & admin skills – you will work with Salesforce for anything admin/reporting related so it’s essential you have solid admin skills to ensure these tasks are completed on time.
- The ability to self-motivate yet also work as a team. This role doesn’t have any direct reports but has constant interaction with internal stakeholders.
This is a great role and is perfectly suited to candidates with a strong sales / business development background with an understanding of the residential building products market.
