iPlace Recruitment is proud to partner with NextSense, Australia’s second-oldest charity, in the search for an experienced Campaign & Appeals Manager – Individual Giving. THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, your focus will be the development & execution of the individual giving portfolio with key responsibilities including:
- Development of the individual fundraising strategy through multiple channels with a focus on acquisitions
- Driving acquisition & retention through targeted email, social, digital & direct mailing campaigns
- Managing key internal & external stakeholder relationships
- Continually seeking to enhance the donor journey
- Developing end-to end direct mail & digital appeals and campaigns
- Budget management including income, expenditure & forecasting reports
- Reporting on campaign success metrics
- Development of donor care and communications strategy
- Continually keeping informed on competitor activity within the sector
- Assisting the head of individual giving with any additional tasks as required
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role ideally with a focus on individual giving – you absolutely love the NFP sector and thrive in an environment that is collaborative and fast paced (experience within the disability sector or lived experience with vision or hearing loss would be great but not essential)
- Strong project management skills – you’re naturally creative but also have the technical skills to execute campaigns with the focus to drive acquisitions across digital channels.
- Excellent budget management and reporting skills – you enjoy working with figures and data to determine campaign hits and misses and you’re confident presenting these findings to internal stakeholders.
