THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Sales & Pricing Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation for monthly sales reporting
  • Processing quarterly rebates
  • Analysis & interpretation of financial results & variances to budget & forecast
  • Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Identifying key business trends
  • Competitor analysis
  • Manipulating data and extracting relevant information to present to internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with sales budgeting & forecasting cycles including assumptions documentation

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience within a similar CA role – 2-3 years min ideally within a product or manufacturing environment.
  • Qualifications in Commerce, Finance or Accounting (CA/CPA highly regarded)
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI (SAP not essential as long as you have similar ERP software experience. Power BI or similar is essential).
  • The kind of personality that is incredibly analytical but also enjoys delivering insights to key stakeholders. This role will work closely with sales and marketing so it’s essential you can confidently present your findings to internal teams.
  • The desire to work within a high functioning team under a manager who definitely doesn’t want to micro-manage you. You’re self-motivated, deadline driven and don’t need anyone looking over your shoulder asking if your reports are finished.
