Excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Content Specialist to join a great team based in Seven Hills NSW. 12 month maternity leave contract. ASAP start.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Digital, some your key duties will include:

  • Delivering strategic, purpose-driven, content creation for eDM, social media, digital, and in-store channels.
  • Generating personalised and relevant content to retain new and existing customers with content driven experiences.
  • Understanding and analysing the entire customer journey to deliver relevant and timely content to support the customer experience.
  • Analysing content performance and optimise for better engagement.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends in digital content and marketing.
  • Writing and delivering the digital content strategy across websites, social and email.
  • Responsible for planning and budget management, working closely with agency partners to deliver outcomes on time and continuous growth across all channels.
  • Engaging in a range of activities in support of the wider Marketing & Communications Team, such as the provision of promotional emails, proof-reading marketing and communication assets, and website content maintenance.

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in digital content production (experience working with franchise or branch networks would be great, but not essential)
  • Experience working with agencies, delivering positive outcomes and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Understanding of customer experience and customer journeys.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re someone who finds it easy to build relationships and you genuinely enjoy dealing with people.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • The availability to commence asap – This is a 12-month maternity leave contract offering a hybrid working environment (2-3 days in the office / WFH).
