  • Excellent communication skills – you enjoy chatting to anyone from a new employee, a client coming in for a session or a Board member arriving for a meeting. Whoever it is, you’re comfortable chatting and making them feel welcome.
  • Previous experience within an organisation that may have touched on early childhood early intervention – you will see kids coming and going throughout the day and genuinely love the thought of this.
  • The desire to join a team of people who absolutely love what they do – the offer a warm and cohesive culture and want the person who secures this role to have the same “one in all in” approach when it comes to getting things done and working as a team.
  • The availability to work full time (8am-4pm). This is an office based role due to it being a client facing position. Please do not apply if you are seeking flexibility to work from home.
