Excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to assist with the tracking of project costing and reporting on civil and construction projects. ASAP start. Perm or temp-perm depending on availability.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the General Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Inputting project data to determine actual costings throughout the projects.
- Using excel, monitoring & updating data eg: fuel costs and levy’s, calculating baseline rate and levy’s to on charge the project.
- Working closely with project managers to keep them informed of how the project is tracking.
- High volume data entry of information.
- Various reporting as requested.
- Assisting with any additional duties as needed.
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role where you have tracked project costs and understand what kind of data is needed to accurately generate project reports – you love excel and enjoy working with spreadsheets.
- Experience within civil works, building or infrastructure projects would be ideal.
- The kind of personality that loves working with data and numbers to accurately report on what the project is really costing. You enjoy working alongside project managers and internal teams to produce high quality work.
- Experience using Procore or Assignar software would be great but definitely not essential. As long as you’re someone who can pick things up quickly that’s fine.
