Located in Riverstone is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator. Great role within a fun team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Managing Director some of your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking customer calls, diagnosing issues over the phone and providing first-line troubleshooting
  • Creating and scheduling service jobs, dispatch technicians and parts to site
  • Processing invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
  • Maintaining stock levels, placing replenishment orders, and keeping inventory records up to date
  • Following up on outstanding jobs, warranties, and customer feedback
  • Updating job status in real time within the service management system (Aroflo)
  • Handling paperwork, service reports, and compliance documentation
  • Working closely with technicians, suppliers, and the wider team, nationally & internationally

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience within a similar role – you understand the urgency of the role and see yourself as a problem solver with excellent attention to detail. Experience within refrigeration/HVAC, automotive, or field-service background would be fantastic but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills – you love chatting to customers and building relationships with the service technicians.
  • The kind of personality who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and wants to work within an environment where everyone has a laugh and gets along really well. A sense of humour is a must!
  • Excellent computer skills – confident with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word), and experience using CSM/service/job-management software (e.g. Cin7, ServiceM8, Aroflo, or similar)

This is a great role and is perfectly suited to candidates will similar experience within a service or scheduling based role.
